"We've been going to Dancin' Dreams for years now and my daughter and I love it! The dance instruction is fantastic, the teachers are lovely but what I love the most here is the community I feel like we have here--my daughter has a whole set of friends outside of her school and Ive met the coolest parents and we really look forward to coming (which we do five days a week haha). My daughter is in 5th grade and I am so grateful for her to have a place to come to learn and have fun and foster friendships when things are school can be trying. Beginning her dance education at a young age, Ms. Karen always felt a special connection to dance. Unlike other dancers her age, she didn't aspire for a professional career in dance. Instead, Karen found value in the friendships she built, the core values dance taught her, and forever having an outlet to express herself. After having her daughter, Loray, Karen became passionate about passing down these values to young dancers around the Denver area. In 2007, Karen opened her first Dancin' Dreams location in Southeast Denver. The studio became a home for her daughter, friends, and new faces to share their passion of dance together. Dancin' Dreams grew from one small studio room to two multi-room locations in the Denver area.
Fast forward 18 years, Loray and Karen now manage both locations together & have developed a special family bond through running the business together. Loray moved to Florida in mid-2025, and is working remotely for the Colorado location as well as working towards opening her own Dancin' Dreams in Florida.
Karen & Loray are passionate about teaching great technique, but their priority has always been to instill the love of dance in youth & adults in every class.

"I joined this dance studio earlier this year as an adult contemporary dancer, and it has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. From day one, the environment was welcoming, encouraging, and full of positive energy. The instructors are talented and knowledgeable. They’re genuinely passionate about helping every dancer grow—no matter their background or experience level.
One of the highlights for me was participating in the recital! It was such a fun and fulfilling experience to perform and be part of something so beautifully put together. The energy, the creativity, and the support from everyone made it unforgettable.
What I love most is the sense of community here. It’s more than just a place to dance—it’s a space to connect, express yourself, and grow. I even made a new friend along the way, which has made the journey even more special.
