At Dancin' Dreams, not only are we passionate about creating a dancer with a strong foundation and proper technique, we are also focused on guiding our students to become adults who can make a positive contribution to their community and our world.
Dance can be a powerful tool for developing individual leadership skills. The process of learning dance teaches our students to set goals, work effectively in teams, and creatively solve problems, among many other character attributes.
At Dancin' Dreams, we are committed to helping our students become successful individuals. We set these life skills in motion!
FUTURE LEADERS UNITED IN DANCE
LEADERSHIP TEAM
Students successfully completing our Level I Fundamentals program are invited to move into Level II and join our Leadership Team.
Our Leadership Team has the responsibility of guarding the positive culture we have built at Dancin' Dreams. Team members are expected to demonstrate the leadership principles in their behavior on and off the dance floor and to be a positive example to newer students.
Those who most successfully demonstrate the principles in their individual practice are given opportunities to further develop their skill through assistant teaching and other leadership development experiences.
